Photoshop Keyboard Shortcuts

Provide the keyboard shortcut (or key combination) to accomplish the following tasks:
  1. Select all of an image
  2. Copy a selection
  3. Paste into an image
  4. Deselect everything
  5. Add to a selection
  6. Subtract from a selection
  7. Fill a selection
  8. Undo
  9. Save
  10. Save as
  11. Open
  12. Make brush larger
  13. Make brush smaller
  14. Zoom in/ out
  15. Grab and pan
